If this isn't a joke, than these people are absolutely nuts

I see nothing that makes them any different from any other radical Catholic group. They're all fanatical, illogical freaks and should go to hell.

<--- Agnostic. 😀

Hey screw you too, pal! I'm a conservative Catholic and took your own illogical statement personally. :| :disgust: What you said is both disturbing and ironic- conservative Catholics will be the last people going to hell, unlike agnostics like yourself who are first in line. If you really think otherwise, you're only kidding yourself. Stop being a jerk.

agnostic- "Uncertain of all claims to knowledge" = idiot.

So some right-wing Catholic fruitcakes have discovered the Internet. What's the big deal?

Interesting how they appear to promote Catholic purity, yet link to an "online confessional" that has no church endoresement at all.

Yes, sickos can get on the 'net as easily as anyone else. The best defense is usually to just ingore 'em.

And, just to state the obvious: folks, this site does NOT speak for the Catholic church! (Just as bin Laden doesn't speak for the Islam religion.)

I was especially taken by this enlightening treatise on the evils of Racism:

The BCC reject all forms of racism unless they are constructive. In 1986 we lifted the ban on non-whites joining our organisation. We believe that the inferior races, though they should know their place, should be treated fairly and should not suffer the indignity of violence, verbal abuse and exclusion, unless of course this discrimination is justified.

Remember folks, they're racism free since 1986, although they still practise "constructive" racism at its finest.

Jesus fricking Christ, are your sarcasm meters turned off?

😉
<--- forgets everyone gets serious and hard-nosed when religion is mentioned.
No harm intended towards any religious group.

Relax. The site we're talking about isn't about Catholics who happen to be conservative, it's a title these weirdos have given themselves. Read the site, they're nutcases. He's not talking about you.

Exactly... that website is obviously an extremist website. As a conservative Catholic, I find almost everything on there laughable- THE CATHOLIC CHURCH WOULD NOT ENDORSE THIS WEBSITE in any way shape or form- it's ridiculous. On that note, I expect an apology from annesiac 2.0 and a post editing to point out his vagueness... if he's educated enough to do so.

Nobody should seriously wish a trip to hell on anyone either- there is nothing worse that you could tell a Christian.

NightFlyerGTI,
I have nothing against conservative Christians, just extremist nutcases like these people.
"It is amazing that science has become accepted as fact by most educational boards. This should cease. It is vitally important that the teaching of the theory of evolution be banned, as should the teaching of atheist philosophy and sex education."
"We believe that the inferior races, though they should know their place, should be treated fairly and should not suffer the indignity of violence, verbal abuse and exclusion, unless of course this discrimination is justified."
"there are cases when violence is justified, for example in the classroom and the courtroom. "

Do you agree with the above statments as copied from that site? That doesn't seem like a rational group of people to me.

Their anti masturbation equipment is a riot.

AM02: Anti-erection ring - £99.99
- delivers short, violent shock when penis becomes erect
- anti-handling device prevents ring being removed
AM04: Anti-nocturnal emission blanket - £49.99
- delivers electric shock when fibres in blanket become damp
- 100% effective in curing bed-wetting and wet dreams

I of course know this as hopefully any educated person would, but amnesiac 2.0 would rather group us all together.

My faith is about as far away from the beliefs of this website as Pontiac interior quality is to an Audi's (tries to steer this thread in some direction, any direction! 😛 ). Yes, their name of the British Conservative Catholics was a horrible choice. I like the British, I'm Conservative, and I'm Catholic- my first intention was that it would be a cool site. Ugh, WRONG! Downright preposterous.

Ok, thank you. I too think these guys are extremist nutcases! No, I don't agree with any statement from that website. Not rational whatsoever, nor the views shared with any like-minded conservatives or Catholics I know anywhere.

Well, you did personally damn him to hell

I didn't take his comments to be in reference to anyone other than radical Catholics. Are you a radical Catholic? No? Then he wasn't talking about you. Why the thin skin? It's just the internet.

Isn't that stupid, for lack of a better word? My eyebrows were in fits of twitching when I saw that. Lol...

Sorry, my skin does get thin when people start talking down on my faith- amnesiac 2.0's vagueness in his responce to the initial post grouped me with that ridiculous group and I just wanted to call him on it- he clarified it so I'm cool. I did not personally damn him to hell, but pointed out that if hell is indeed a place (which I believe), that sinning agnostics are certainly at the front of the line, and certainly thousands of miles away from Catholics. Just my own personal belief and an explanation to your statement- not trying to spread the fire here folks, thanks...

This is even better. From their articles page.

Brad Pitt and his Satanic powers

I have encountered many celebrities who indulge in detestable practices, but I was unaware of the of extent of Satanism in Hollywood until recently. Few people know that Brad Pitt is one of the most evil of actors. Unknown to his legions of fans, he is in fact a disciple of Satan and uses his special powers to devastating effect.

I first noticed that there was something peculiar about Mr Pitt when I watched one of his films, Thelma and Louise. Every time he appeared in a scene I noticed that my penis became erect. Now I am not a homosexual, so I can only assume that it was an example of Pitt's sinister mind control technique.

The next time something queer happened to me was when I went to the cinema to see Interview with the Vampire . I should point out that I only went to see this film for educational purposes, I wanted to research for an article on how flirting with issues such as vampirism and the undead in popular culture was dangerous.

I don't know what happened when I was in the cinema, but my suspicions about Brad Pitt proved to be correct. The film started and I blacked out. The next thing I remembered was being ejected from the place with my trousers covered in semen. Obviously evil Mr Pitt had made a demon possess my body and perform an act of shame in a public place. I know this is the case because I am not a homosexual.

Brad Pitt even uses his Satanic powers to disrupt my sleep. He enters my dream in spirit form and persuades me to participate in detestable practices with him. He only does this to cause me embarrassment in the morning. My bed sheets are never out of the washing machine since Mr Pitt started using his powers on me.

The misery doesn't stop there, as well as having the overwhelming urge to masturbate whenever I see Brad Pitt, I also face abuse from his minions. I have to walk past construction workers when I go to work and I am constantly taunted with wolf-whistles. They are sick! I strut like a man and look very masculine with my neatly trimmed moustache and a tight white vest over my puffed out chest. I am a paragon of masculinity and am not a homosexual.

This is a nightmare story. I am not a homosexual and Mr Pitt is using his mysterious powers to shame me into submission. He is a part of the evil Satanic conspiracy and wants to discredit members of the Christian movement. But I will not stay silent on this issue. I know exactly what is happening. I hope that by taking this brave step, other leading figures in the Christian movement will come forward to tell of their experiences.

I am not ashamed about what has happened because I am NOT a homosexual.

I'm sorry that my initial reply was misconstrued as a jab against all conservative Christians, you do have my apologies, NightFlyerGTI. I have nothing against Catholics, I have several friends who are just as proud of their religion as you.

I'll use better judgement next time I make a crack in a thread about such a sensitive subject. FYI, the "go to hell" and "J- f- C-" comments were made in jest and were meant to be ironic, but I guess they didn't work. 🙂
