First off, a search on google would supply the answer in a matter of seconds. Secondly it is NOT highly technical. I learned this crap in high school.

Its because of peoples attitudes like Codewiz, that I think Highly Technical is the worst forum @ AT. :|

This forum is for people that are serious about hardware. ON TOPIC discussions about PC architecture, technology and in-depth looks at what we all know and love

No one can tell me that converting to different base numbering systems is highly technical. I have no problem with someone asking the question but it does not belong in the HT forum

depends on how well the question is asked, and what kind of answer you're looking for. "it stores stuff using electricity" is not HT, but if you do a detailed explanation, including addressing,etc then I think it is HT
