you will have a decent amount of ppl driving it i would assume. place explosives in specific areas of the most popular bridges, cause a biggish collapse and watch the panic. you cant monitor that whole area 24/7 take a boat up to the bridge plant bombs, use scuba gear plant bombs, run big oil tanker into bridge accidently etc. its really not going to happen,
especially in the shape our world is in now.

that wont be why it doesnt happen, we cant build it because countries would rely on U.S., England and other large wealthy countries plus who would take care of it? we cant rely on africa to support the road
