I know that many of you signed up here and one time to get some help, but then stuck around because you liked the community. But what if - there had never been an Off Topic. All the categories were strictly business.

If Off Topic is not your favorite and most visited category, which one is?

I came to Anandtech back in ~1998 to drool over the Pentium II-400 (before "settling" on a Celeron-300A). I came back and joined the forums in 2001 primarily for ATOT (I lurked before that). I'd probably lurk in Hot Deals if OT wasn't here.

I was at HardwareCentral before they had OffTopic. Then they gave us an OT... then took it away. I pretty much left that site after OT was gone.
