If there ends up being no WMD. What's to stop the US/UK forces from just taking some and placing it there, and then saying that they found it there? Basically what Im wondering is, is will there be any way to verify any evidence they present? If so, how?

Please I don't want this to turn into a flame war. Im generally curious about how this process will come about.
 
I wonder if they'll start banning people that don't post in the appropriate place?
