Step 2: Read bill of rights
Step 3: That's the list of rights that would be violated by "trusted computing"

Right to Privacy ? What happens in my home is not of business to the TCPA. If it were up to them, you would not be able to backup your own Computer software. ?Pirate software can be detected and deleted remotely.? <~ I believe that is a invasion of Privacy.

Right to Choice: The right to use free open source software when you choose.

Right to competition: There are companies out their that will go out of business, for the simple fact of not being able to afford the TCPA?s licensing fees.
