I am thinking to build a new system with a Tbird 1.4.
I can get a K7T Turbo-R at the my local computer store(doing special now) at the same price as ordering the Ecs K7S5a online(include shipping), which is around $US 85.
I will be running Win2k and Linux. And here is my other computer parts:
1. Althon 1.4G (going to get one as soon as pick a motherboard)
2. 256 DDR ram or 256 PC133 (depending on which board I am going to pick)
3. IBM 45G (7200) hd
4. Radeon LE 32 Ram
5. soundblaster Live 5.1 (oem)
I hear that Ecs K7s5a is a fast DDR board but MSI is good on its stableness. Btw, evening MSI K7T Turbo came with the nice onboard Raid but I don't think I will be using it by now. So, what do you think?
