Say Uncle Sam was supposed to give you $500 a month for something. You check online, and it says that, according the their website, you should be getting $500 a month. Yet you receive $800 a month, would you be worried?

You're forgetting something, this is the government, they will never find out. And if they do when they try to take the money back, Al and Jesse will be up in arms claiming the Government is stealing from the poor black people.
