Some guy was telling me that our government will be introducing a chip in a few years that they would insert in your finger or eye. This chip would then be used to buy everything. It would replace the currency that we have today. For instance, if you want to buy milk you would have your finger or maybe eye scanned. Currency would be a thing of the past.
The HUGE downside is that the government would be able to track your wearabouts. Everything you do the governement would know about it. You would be monitored day and night.
And think about this. If and when we have another terrorist attack I could see the governement heading in this direction. There is no doubt in my mind that we're going to have another attack on our soil and thousands are going to persih. So when this happens I could see the government implementing this chip program.
It's scary stuff. France is already experimenting with it. I saw a program a few months ago. They had this night club showcased and the people that frequent this hot spot had a chip inserted in their arm. The bar tender would run a scanner over their arm and the money would be automatically deducated from their bank account.
