My dad has been practicing opthalmology for more than 30 years. He has gone on numerous ORBIS trips. There are not many eye afflictions that he hasn't seen, until this.

Case History: Pt. noticed his eye was unusually itchy. He thought it was just allergies and ignored it. The next few days, the eye got really red. Pt. then proceeded to buy some eye drops from the drug store. A few days later, pt. noticed swelling in the eye. Pt. continued to ignored it hoping it would go away. Finally, pt. began to experience pain and decided to seek medical help.

Initial examination by C.O. is that of a cyst but no symptoms to indicate that it is. C.O. felt a pulsating sensation on palpitation. Pt. was then advised that surgery is required. This is what was in there.
