The BCS computers don't look at margin of victory, and even if they did, both team's NC St wins would be considered equivalent. They also don't know anything about Clemson's inevitable collapse, although the voters probably have that in the back of thier mind.
Clemson's win over Florida St is better then any of BC's wins, but the rest of BC's wins are better then Clemson's. You'll see things change next week when BC plays Div 1-AA Massachusetts and Clemson plays GT. I'd expect them to both be rated about the same by the computers, assuming that both win.
