Assuming he means kill in real life, only if you have reason to believe the person could/would go through with it.

"give me that item or I will come to your house at 123 main street in wauwatosa, WI and slit your throat while you are sleeping with your wife shelly."

Then you might have a case

"give me that item or I will kill you IRL"

No, but it may be a violation of the TOS of the game itself.
 
Would you believe a reasonable person would be fearful of immediate harm? If not, then you can't file for assault. I guess the next best thing is to email a mod.
 
run and whimper in your closet, leaving the door open a crack so you can glare at your monitor and shake with fear at each added threat.
