"save picture as" should work, or "save target as"

"save picture as" only captures whatever part of the GIF is showing when you save it.

For me at least.

what program are you viewing your saved .GIF in? If you're opening it in a regular graphics editor it will only show the first frame, but they should all be there if you open it with the right program.
