I miss the time when I was excited to get to know someone new, and the anticipation of getting to know them better. I sure don't miss the letdowns, tho.

Married now, don't miss it in the least. I do miss my wife though, it'll be a few months before I get to see her again :(...yay to having a job on the opposite side of the country from where we're going to be living.

i don't miss single life at all. i used to be very independent though, and i thought i'd never be able to live with anyone, but i'm loving the married life so much. :)

Until March, I had been in 3 consecutive serious relationships for a total of 8 years. I'm lovin' the single life, and plan on being single for the foreseeable future. But if the right lady comes along, I'm sure I'll change my mind. I'm just really enjoying the absolute freedom.

I miss my girlfriend :( Not because of sex or anything like that (we never actually slept together since neither of us are really promiscuous), I just miss her as a person. We still talk though and may get together in the future...she just needs some time to think about her life direction. So not all is lost...and if that doesn't work out, ah well, move on :)

I'm married, don't miss being single really at all. I might miss the little bit of freedom that comes from not having to answer to anyone, but the benefits of marriage far outweigh that ;)

I give you all permission to touch my poll.

how was the bathhouse last night?

It was going great until you left. The guys have given you the nickname "Pincushion."
No matter how many needles we stick in ya, there is always room for one more...lol.

What he said. There is a comfortability that comes with having someone depend on you and you depend on them. The only thing you do not want to do is take them for granted.
(Occasionally I might do this, as might my spouse but it is not something abused.)
I got married and said for better or worse, thats my story and I am sticking to it.
