If Pentium M used PR ratings...

well, i read somewhere that the 1.4ghz banias core pentium M was roughly equivalent to a p4m 2.4ghz, so i'm guessing the 1.3 would be like a 2.2 or something like that
 
2200 is a bit high for the a 1.3 Centrino. It all depends on the application and usage of course, but I'd say on average a 1.3 Centrino should be about 1800-2000.
 
When I took a look at benches early on, I felt that adding about 800mhz to the Banias clock would make a rough P4-M estimate.
