If NewEgg has shipping centers around the country, why ship my GPU order from CA?

Newegg actually has three warehouses if i'm not mistaken. NJ, CA and TN. I wish all their stuff was in NJ because when I use UPS 3 day it comes the next day, then again that's because I live in NY. Is basically overnight for my case. For TN it takes exactly two days and CA takes three days. Most of the hot and popular items tend to come from CA. I notice that RAMs and hard drives are usually from NJ and cases are either CA or TN.

How come you guys dont have will call, I buy from Mwave alot cause they have will call and I think they are not far from you or am I incorrect.

Yes, they are in the general vicinity.

Well, we're not sure what the executives have in store for Newegg yet, but having will-call doesn?t seem too cost effective at this moment. We'd have to make room for storage space, restructure our policies and procedures, increase staff, additional security, etc. Basically, we're just not configured to have will-call. That doesn't mean its not a great idea or its not a possibility. Newegg is still growing and maturing as a company. You'll see more positive changes as the years go by.
