Ok, I just made an account. Sent some money to it from another website. I login on the neteller site, but I CAN'T GET IN. It just sends me to a "first deposit" screen with no way whatsoever to just go to some sort of main screen with my balance etc. Am I just retarded? If I go to the home page it asks me to login again...WTF

Call them. Their support is excellent.

You need to call them to verify ID before you can go further. It takes all but two minutes. Less time than it took you to rant, i am guessing.
