Remove the gas cap from your vehicle, then take it apart and see if there is a gps tracking device inside of it.
No, I'm talking about just being able to track my phone. Yesterday I clicked on some website, typed in my cell phone #, and it showed me on a map right where I was!!!

I was just joking since I just saw this on an episode of "Better Call Sal". You should be able to go into your cell phone's settings and turn tracking off. Also, change you cell phone pin and change the auto lock setting to 1 minute or less.
But I think there is a bigger issue here that we should explore. Is there something about your relationship that has you in fear?

Technically she could but she'd need physical access to your unlocked device for a bit to install the software. If she has installed actual spy software I doubt turning off location would help.
OTOH small battery powered GPS trackers that can be put in your vehicle are pretty cheap these days, there are ones you plug into a computer whenever you can get to the device and download where it (you) have been. They also have ones that you put a prepaid sim card in and it sends the owner updates every 5 minutes or whatever they set it at depending on how long they want the battery to last. A bit more complicated but still cheap as hell are ones that are wired into your car. Very tiny and easy to do with those "add a fuse" things, they even tell you the exact time the vehicle is started and stopped. On virtually all of them with sim cards you can set up "zones" where if you leave or enter a certain area it will automatically send an alert to the owner by text or email. So if she suspects you are doing her sister or an old girlfriend she can set have it alert her if you go near them without having to check your route every day.

Was it just a massage girl or something that gave tug jobs too? Damn, fucking up your marriage over a handy is almost as stupid as sending the messages back to the Ipad your wife is using. I never really got why some men are really into getting handies, no one can do a better job at it than I can. So definitely not worth it to ruin a relationship over.

google by default will keep a record of every place the phone has ever been. Your woman shouldn thave access to that information if your account is secured.
