Question If my computer case has no non-painted metal part, how to ground myself?

Hi, I am using Dark Base Pro 900 Rev 2. Its body is all painted. However, I read that to avoid static electricity, I need to have the clip of the wrist strip to touch the non-painted metal part of the case while the case is plugged into the wall with the power off. What suggestion do you have?

Yeah, don't plug "the case" into the wall. (How does that work anyways?) "The case", is grounded to the outside of the PSU. Which should be connected to ground, when you are operating the PC. BUT NOT WHILE YOU WORK ON IT - HAZARD RISK.
