At the $78 million it 'stickers' at you'd be having to charter that out quite a bit....keep in mind on many highend purchase like this (esp. boats) once you outfit and set it up to your liking, you are at a price usually at least 30% higher, if not going beyond double.

it'd have to be a Ferrari. Then again, it would look awkward parked everyday in front of a 3-bedroom house. I'll suffer.

My dreams are attaianble, as are some others.

I just want a big home. 5,000 sqft+. My minimum dream home size is about 3,500 sqft. 5,000+ would be awesome though.

Curretnly at 1,600....hope to upgrade to 2,500 in several years ;)
