If money was'nt an issue what kind of electronics would you have?

I'm a self professed techno geek, I love electronics. If I had the money there would be a plasma screen in my bathrooms and kitchen. This would go in my bedroom, family room and basement. Sony's 70 inch 1080p Grand Wegaset looks awesome.

That's just for starters
 
If money was no object, I certainly wouldn't be buying a Sony. I believe Marantz has a nice 70" set I'd be looking at.
 
I always wonder if these big shot actors, singers, athletes, etc.. get caught up in electronics. Imagine having millions in the checking account, thats an electronic wet dream. I'd probably mount TVs on my bedroom ceiling!!

I'm not a sony fanboy either, but 1080p sets are the closest things right now to video nirvana

Is this Sony - only? Doesn't Pioneer elite or anyone else have any 1080p sets?

good question, so far Sony is the only one I've seen with 1080p sets yet.
 
I'd do what my brother did for a couple of his rooms.

Buy a top of the line DLP projector, have an enclsure/closet built on one side of the room and an 80+ inch RP screen and set up a custom rear projection unit.

It looks DAMN sweet and can be used with signifigant ambiant light... unlike front projection.
 
Hitachi has 1080p sets now. Apparently Samsung does, as well. I don't see any that are 70 inch though. 55 is Hitachi's current max size.
 
The thing about being that rich is that you also have interior designers. They like to make everything built in. So what you buy fits with that.
 
What's that stereo called that they have in the Itialian Job? The one that serves dual purposes? I want that one.
