Hmmm... I go weeks, if not months between reboots on my computer. OP must never have lived through Win95. Sometimes, I made it 2 days without a program crashing back then.

Bill Gates never said anything like that, at least not publically. (I have no idea what kind of conversations he has in the boardroom.)

The original joke started off as just the list, then later on somebody added the part about Bill Gates and the head of GM.
