if Lost and 24 were televised on the same time slot

24.... great plot, acting, action and they actually provide resolution to their plots.
Lost drags on too much and doesn't answer questions..... I still watch it, but I would choose 24 over Lost any day.

I like lost, but they start plotlines and don't finish them, or bring them back up a month later.

a lot of multi-season spanning shows are like that
Lost is shaping up, to what i think is a major analogy for something else. what that is, exactly.. I don't know.. but yea, Lost is meant to be a show that keeps your mind constantly guessing what will happen next, only to jump tracks and get your mind wondering about something else, to all of a sudden, at some point down the road go back to the first idea. Or something similar.
24 is a great thriller of a show.
I love both shows. It does sometime get annoying that Lost is the way it is, instead of coming to a conclusion. But if it did, that means there wouldn't be another season. And that means there wouldn't be another great show to watch next year. While I want the show to last forever, I would like to finally know the answers. Once the answers are known though, shows over.

I watched the first season of 24, but then the second season was so terrible after the nuclear bomb went off (spoiler?) that I couldn't continue it.

But Lost is still very solid and there is still a lot of things to learn.

I like lost more than 24, but if I loved 24 as much as lost, then probobly 24, because I can watch Lost the day after for free online.

24 has become so predictable I'm starting to lose interest. Great show, don't get me wrong; I'm just not nearly as excited about 24 episodes as I was a few seasons ago.

Lost, on the other hand, is consistently great and keeps getting better. The acting is also in a different league than 24. Better show, IMO.

Yeah, but Curtis should have known that Jack didn't know that the meaning had been changed.

It's simpler than that: he should have known that jack was trying to tell him SOMETHING. Doesn't matter what flank 2 meant. And the terrorists should have too. It was obvious to everyone except the characters in the show. Jack went out of his way to stress it twice.

yea but Jack said "I'll be in a Flank 2 position. So dont shoot me" Terrorists thought he was telling them where not to shoot so they didnt question it

IT's REAL Life!

Lost, by myself. All my friends enjoy 24 though, so, socially I would watch that. You can't beat Lost though, there is more to it then most people realize.

I gave up on TV series when HBO canned the 2nd best series to ever come on TV, Carnivale. (the best one being Twink Peaks)

I'd watch Lost because all of my housemates watch it, but not 24. I'd wait for the 24 DVDs... this is the first season of 24 I've watched while televised and it makes it seem so freaking slow.

neither.

but if i HAD to watch..i guess I'd watch Lost. maybe. Season 1 of 24 was great tho...then I lost all interest after that. I dunno...last night I watched the first half of Lost and it was just so boooooring. I'd only watch either show if I was forced.

So does everyone really stay up for 24 hours straight? Do they get to sleep in between days (or seasons, I guess)? Man, I'd be dead.

I'd watch Lost. Second favorite is The Unit, tied with NCIS.
