If life begins at conception, then shouldn't one's country of citizenship be where one was conceived and not birth?

It makes sense that you should be the citizen of the country where you parents are currently permanently residing. Not your current vacation destination or your spree across the border.

hehe, uh oh. That would add a whole bunch of problems. Honeymoons would have to be banned, only allow 1 Spouse in at any given time, mandatory BC Shots, etc.

Is this your way of expressing hate of pregnant mexicans who sneak over the border and have their children on american soil? Be more direct next time.

A blastocyst with human DNA is NOT a human being.
Immediately after someone passes, are they still considered a "human being"?

Not really. There's still an emotional attachment, but even that changes and Legally a bunch of Rights/Obligations cease.

You can't have a "we f*cked" here certificate (date & location), but a birth certificate is more valid.

So how does one prove that you were conceived on a certain location & specific date, etc., you can't.

American newlyweds having a honeymoon in Paris\Mexico? If that's the case the kid becomes French\Mexican.

A Witness. Just hire a Licensed Witness to watch you while having Sex. Or Stream the Act on the Internet for all to see.

Ah wait, nono, it's not Porn. This would be an important Duty and obligation for all! 😱😱

can you claim fetus as a dependent on your taxes?
do they count as a passenger for HOV lane?
can you open a college fund in their name?
are they considered 9 months old at birth?
