The ADSL prices are a little high, but I guess stuff is more expensive out in the middle of the pacific. Bellsouth 1.5Mb/256Kb costs me $40/month.

But I wouldn't mind no tech support. I've never once called tech support (for ANY ISP) for a setup problem on my end.

I'd love to pay $40 for that sort of speed, but over here Flex.net is the least expensive DSL provider.
