Pictures of the current President are all over regardless of who it is. Many polling places are in government owned and run buildings so its perfectly normal for there to be pictures of the current President.
In 1984 I saw a big picture of Reagan at my polling place.
I don't know what the law on this is, but its perfectly normal.
