the MWF part of that means no parking between those hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. what part of that don't you understand? Mon, Wed, and Fri can't all have the same date...

Between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Anything else is just idiotic. You do realize that 12:01 is not 12am, right? So with your logic, you'd only be able to park there for less than a minute.

It's to confuse you so they can give you a ticket and collect more money...duh. Honestly, who really cares where someone is parked from 12-3AM?
