If intel thinks in ecology, why dont we have

if intel has a 500% better technology performance than in year 2009, why intel doesnt make a CPU that consumes 5 watts, and is equal to a i7 920 in performance, same, motherboards makers and graphic makers

why dont we have these kind of technology at the market? a computer with the performance of 2009 computers under a system that consumes 30 watts at max...

well, the true, is, we have that... my notebook for example it says that consumes 45 watts in the power supply, and with that 45 watts, can give me image in a 15,6 led, feed the mems, feed the cpu, and feed the cpu and hardrive

then... intel has this technology, also amd.. with my notebook with integrated amd graphics ( APU CPU ONLY ) it can run GTA IV or even GTA V...

then... i was trying to build a new setup under intel technology with modern cpus ( yeah, nice ghz and more ) but, power consumption? every build up of 300 / 400 watts, without count the LCD, LCD is 48 watts more, and one led 24 watts more

many people expected from year 2009 to here, that computers gonna give a lot of performance and consume less than a pentium 3 1ghz ( 30 watts )

but the future feels like it was a big scam..

to be honest, i wont update my intel system, maybe, ill update to a amd system in a notebook...

i dont know who is leading the enginerring in intel, but... he have to start to think more in ecology, than in performance...

i know technologies as speedstep and things as that, helps to " safe some energy " but is not enough, because when you stress the system, you put it in full...

i want to post this in intel forum, but probabbly they dont care, they have enough money to think in my ideas, they are already rich, then there is a lot of space, to dont safe energy, to dont bring yet the true technology they have, and to launch more meltdowns and spectre to make the people feel the fear.

if we will live a in serius world, where money doesnt care, probabbly we will be using quantum computers in year 2019, and not this garbage.

You don't seem to have a grasp of the underlying technology well enough. You seem to think what Intel and AMD are doing is easy when designing and fabricating cpu's is maybe the most difficult thing in the world to design and make.

He may have missed AMD's power hungry CPUs and GPUs.
Can't tell how long he's had a computer.

and now in year 2019 with a x 10000 times faster computer working at your job consumming 300 watts with your computers, solving 200 problems each day or maybe a lot more, stressing more your brain, and buying pills to handle

what do you think?

and dont forget you are winning the same money each month probabbly, at last, this is what is happening in my country

remember in year 2000, how much time took to install an app, or to initialize a system and start the apps, was sometimes, like 15 minutes or 20 minutes of your hour and now with ssd, ready to work in less than 1 minute, think in many other thinks, like the speed of render in year 2000, and now the speed of render in these times

why still in year 2019 existing a country with economic problems? because some people that has the power just want more power and more money.. not save the world

The biggest improvement in app loading and responsiveness by far has been the SSD, imo.

I notice little difference in every day apps with different CPUs, going back several years.

I remember when you got a new key made by going to a hardware store and having a guy make you a new key with a little grinding machine.
Today, I had a new key made at a vending machine in mere moments, no human necessary. Key worked perfectly.

Should we have banned the key vending machine and kept the key making guy employed?
