Yes, if they have that many there. When my wife worked at the bank, people would do that all the time. Not nearly that much but it happens.

Coin collectors. My uncle has the bank call them when they get new $1, .50, and nickles in (not sure why he avoids quarters and dimes).

I get 20 of them a week from the vending machine at work. I use them for the bus because it is easier then trying to feed a paper dollar in the slot. I like them.
