you take a test. if you do good enough on the test, you go to the next step, which is a bunch of meetings and group activities (basically more tests).

I started the process during my senior year of college, but didn't get past the second step... a lot of the people I took the first test with had said they took the test a bunch of times and never made it past the first step.
