If i RMA my IBM hard drive, will they care what i have on it?

Dunno about legal status of MP3s, but owning DivX rips of DVD movies is very illegal (cracking DeCSS protected by DMCA). Either way, if that's all you have I doubt anybody will care.

lol, I forgot to format my western digital before I sent it in... they didn't care... I just low level formatted a 120 gig hard drive... buhahaha, 12 hours for it to complete

heh, spoke too soon, but I know that if you have the original, MP3s are legal
