If I refuse to accept a shipment

Impulse buyer me jumped on the N95-4 for $349.99, but after careful thought, why am I upgrading my N82 to an N95-4? I get NAM 3G yes but I lose Xenon flash. But more importantly, buying a 2 year old phone? Hah. Amazon Prime is just too quick for me as they ship stuff out almost immediately and when I decided an hour later after buying they were already packing my stuff.

It'll take forever to get the refund. Instead, accept the package and then go online and print a prepaid return label and a rma slip. Returns w/ amazon are absolutely painlessly, you'll just loose shipping cost (which should be free if you used the 2day prime) + about $2-3 in return shipping costs.

This. Don't try and game the system because you changed your mind. Pay what it costs to return it and do it the right way.

Yep. I'd reject it if it were Newegg, but not Amazon.
