Discussion If I need a want a distro primarily for document reading and creating(mostly MS Office) and for casual gaming, which one would be best?

Hello, I am a student interested in some casual gaming, attending meetings , document viewing, etc. Which would be a good distro? Would Ubuntu be good enough?
 
I don't know why it wouldn't work. Since a lot of the leading distros have live DVD versions you can test without installing, I'd suggest downloading a few and giving them a try. You have nothing to loose by doing so.
