If I have XP Pro on a computer and want to upgrade to Server 2003 Standard, will I have to format and reload

I have a computer that's running of of concurrent connections (max 10 in XP pro), and I need to upgrade to Server 2003.
Can I upgrade to 2003 or will I have to format my drive and reload from scratch?

As others stated, no upgrade option.

What I would do if you're already forking out for a 2k3 license is to buy another drive. Take out your current one and install 2003 on the clean drive. Install all your apps then setup the old workstation drive as a slave and just copy over your data.

That way if something goes haywire with the 2003 install you still can at least fall back on your old setup. It's cheap insurance.
