CxD is not a native multi-core application....

Optimisation will be done on future cxd version.

My guess is that you're not going to see a big performance increase.

Nope, I set it to run with one core and there's no decrease in speed.
I can't wait until they do allow it!

well, heres the thing.

If i convert with this software on my laptop, its 1/2 the time then with my 3800 x2 amd.

My laptop has a core 2 in it

i'm sure other software will use more than one core.
TMPGenc for one.

A quick google shows that thats a video converter aswell, does that convert to dvd and burn all in one?
