If i get these items: will there be any problems?

I don't see any problem but beware of the KT266. There has been a lot of complain about people ordering mobo expecting a KT266A chipset and ended up receiving the old KT266 instead. Remember, the MSI mobo based on KT266A is the K7T266 Pro2.
