thanks. Reason im asking, is because i bought my brother ff11, he gave it back to me, we both hated it, but when i looked on ebay and found that your credit card info is attached to the account and all kinds of stupid crap, so 1st owner=only owner
 
That's a good question. Even HL2, which isn't online in the least, requires an account that ties you with your cd-key forever. It's pretty retarded if you ask me. There should be away to break off an account from a cdkey in games.
 
true, im guessin if one wanted to sell the game, they'd have to sell their account as well with it?, im sure its possible for the person to delete that account and start their own
