If I format c: and install 98, will the apps on other partitions still work?

What I did when I put this thing together was to keep windows alone on c: and put everything else on other partitions. If I format c: and reinstall windows on it, will the new windows be able to run my old apps off of the other partitions? I just did a reinstall on c: without doing that, and I'm getting crazy bsod's and stuff.. all my files from before were still there, so I'm guessing that there are a bunch of dll's and stuff all over c: that shouldn't be there.. and remnants of (or complete) drivers ... thanks.

Nope since most appz and gamez puts themselfs in to the registry. So you'll have to reinstall all the appz and most of the gamez too.

You should have saved a copy of your registry using regedit before things started screwing up.
