if i force a screen size on Starcraft...

meaning dropping like 1152x864 into the run line on the shortcut, will it fuxor on me when i try opening it?


or will it run kinda like Dungeon Siege when i force it to 1600x1200?

i think you can mess with the config files to let you run at a higher res, but im just guessing.

just as i outlined


force it with the run command in the shortcut in the start menu. right click properties on the shortcut, after the end of the quotes, type [space] -1600x1200........ i think... someone correct me if i'm wrong...

it's similar to getting games to run in windows...
 
Starcraft is a 2D game that's solely designed for 640 x 480. If you force it to a higher resolution then the best you'll achieve is having the game still at 640 x 480, enclosed inside another black window that is sized the same as your forced resolution.
