If I dont ever plan on using more than one video card which mobo would be best?

As mentioned in your other thread, look for a board with the features you want.

You aren't telling us what you want (RAID? firewire? overclocking?) so it's hard to recommend anything cheaper.

A $95 Gigabyte P43 was fine for my needs, but I run at stock and don't need RAID or firewire. It's been working perfectly so far with an E8400 and ATI 4870.
 
Both MSI and Biostar have great P45 boards for your needs and as DaveSimmons mentions- a P43 would also be a good fit, however it should be noted the P45's are slightly better overclockers.
