If I called a company and told them they sold me a broken game, would they send a new version (ps2, xbox, etc)

So many games are being released broken and unfinished now a days. Some are so bad the games are almost unplayable. Some crash all the time and some don't work.

If you called up a company and complained what what they do?

I know that EA will send you a new game. They are the only ones I have dealt with, though.

i remember returning final fantasy 10 to squaresoft because of a disc defect. they didn't sent me back a replacement nor the game back....those bastards.
