If I buy a 1.4 gig tbird with a 200 fsb, is it factory unlocked to oc on a 266 fsb board??

I have a kt133a msi turbo board and was thinking of getting a 1.4 gig 266 chip to upgrade from my 1 gig. But I noticed that I could get the 1.4 gig 200 chip for 4 bucks more!! So I was wondering if I simply set the fsb on the chip to 133 instead of 100 would this be all I need to oc or is more involved.

118.00 for the 1.4 gig 200 chip at tcwo.com!!!

Sorry, but you will not get 14x133=1862MHz ever. The 200MHz FSB 1.4gig uses a 14x multiplier to obtain 1.4gig. You will not be able to use the standard multiplier and the 133MHz bus with this chip.
If you can play with a lower multiplier than yes.

Why not try the 133MHz bus with your existing 1gig? (10x133=1.33gig) If it's an AXIA chip it will probably do it.

yeah just like killrose said there's no way that you'll be able to set it at 133 FSB..
my friend just bought one of those "B" 1,4 G's and the multiplier is 14...
the highest setting we could crank it up to is 1610 MHz that's on 115 FSB

I'm pretty sure with some supercooling, and voltage mods you might be able to achieve those high overclocks. MIGHT is the word. Still not very likely.
