How would I go about trying to get a credit for the coupon?


...I'm kinda pissed off actually, dell said same day shipping, I ordered on the 14th, it's not expected to get here till 23-25 : (, pretty lously if you ask me..anyway I need it for college by then, so I'm probably going to have to call and ask if they can cancel it...I have a sales rep...but I don't see a number anywhere...any advice?
