If I am hanging artwork, framed (poster-frame ish), can I use nails or do I need to drywall anchor it?

Is it OK to just use nails for frames, or should I go ahead and drywall anchor to give it more support?

use a picture hanger thingie, you nail them in but its angles and all that so it does not pull out

They have little things that the nail goes in at like a 45 degree angle down, and a little piece that goes on it. Then the part on the picture hangs on that. So, basically what Anubis said.

look like this

Nevermind. Home Depot won't let me directly link to it.

yeah, I work in a frame store, we give these little hooks that you nail into the wall at an angle with the frames. Go to your local frame shop, they should give you some for free
