If humidity was a 100% wouldnt we be swimming? What is humidity a measure of??

 

No...relative humidity is a percentage of how much water VAPOR is in the air compared to how much it can possibly hold. If the humidity is 100%, that just means that the air is holding all the water vapor that it possibly can.
