That is completely untrue. Tastes like chicken is more of a description of the cooking method's flavor than the meat's taste. The example I give is frog legs. If you have ever had fried frog's legs, you will agree that they taste a lot like chicken. However, you are equating the breading and grease from the fryer with the taste of the breading grase of fried chicken more than the meat itself.
