Stupid people often appear to be more confident and decisive than smart people, because stupid people aren't smart enough to question their own decisions.

In the American style of leadership, it is much more important to appear decisive and self-assured than it is to be intelligent or good at what you do.

There is a "law" most of you seem to unfamiliar with:

In a business or corporartion, People tend to be promoted to their (highest) level of INcompetitance.

Think about it . . .

once people get promoted to management, they also tend to lose the cubicle-worker skills. So they start making bad, uninformed decisions. Thats when cubicle workers get pissed off.

I worked for Managers that where kick ass and up to speed.... and then... sadly I worked for the Dilbert category.
Sad but true. But if you work in a big company you find the Dilbert kind all to often!
