if dell had a referral service

i might be able to buy an ipod with the brownie points.

in the last week, i directed 2 laptop and 1 desktop sale to dell.
people asking me to build them a machine, i told them i simply couldnt compete with dells offerings and just chose appropriate configs for em off thier site.
otbs: i did get $10 for lunch from one of the ladies today and i even talked her into buying a dell back in the spring.

wtf.

Dell does have referral service, they pay comissions for sales. It's hard to get in though (I got rejected )

ah well, at the very least they save me the headache of being on call support.
