Inspired by the paypal thread - I hope that it will send shivers to all companies that deal with customers.

I mean if you screw around with customers too much, someone out there will take vigilante action because our court of law is over ran by scum bags companies who don't give a ****** about consumers!

On a side note, how does paypal screw customers over? I know they charge high fees for transactions but that alone should not trigger someone to bomb their place?

Wow a real world example of the second law of thermodynamics.

Funny thing is in like 50 years people will be complaining about the state that the world is in and they will be stupid enough to wonder how it got there.

Nope.

The only thing that will make customer support improve is if consumers start to purchase products from companies that have good customer support. Then the competitors will start to improve theirs to compete.

I don't see this happening though since consumers are mostly affected by price and extra customer support costs more money.
