if congress can regulate something out of production

then it is no longer moving in interstate commerce, so how can congress regulate it? :confused:

Out of production does not mean out of existance.

Also, congress has the ability to easily do what they want

Congress has the ability to exempt themselves from laws that apply to us common folk.

Until they are challenged and then they are typically ruled unconstitutional. But before they are congress does reap the rewards.
